Restored was created for Operation Restored Warrior (ORW), established in 2007 with a mission to heal vets with PTSD by the power of the Holy
The symbol of a rifle, helmet and boots in the foreground of a fallen soldier represents that this warrior. This warrior is still in flesh on earth but he recognizes that he must die of the flesh to be born again in Spirit and in Truth. So he willingly lays down his life, to honor the life of Jesus.
Living water pours over him as he kneels with his arms spread out, crucifying his flesh. Dying to his flesh and sins of the past, submitting his will to the will of our Father in heaven.
Fresh living water flows from the finished work at the cross - through the hands of Jesus (the word of God- Savior of the world) - by the power of the Holy Spirit (which looks like a Bible in the hands of Jesus- as well as a gentle dove).
The water pours down on this warrior, making him new, cleansing him of all sin - refreshing him with living water so that he never thirsts again.

- The artwork is coated with a protective varnish for abrasion and UV resistance
- Hand-signed by Julia on the canvas. Edition number is handwritten on the back of the canvas along with bible verse and optional dedication.

Canvas giclées come rolled with a 2” margin for stretching, and can be stretched at a local framer on arrival. There is an option to pre-stretch canvas before shipping, but that will add significant shipping costs which will be confirmed prior to processing your order. Other published shipping quoted is only the USA and for rolled canvas. International shipping must be confirmed before processing.
